Pedro Ancarola conducts assignments for clients in the financial, consumer goods and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Pedro was a Director at Zurich Financial Services Argentina, where he led the consumer and commercial business for life and general insurance products. Also, Pedro gained significant experience in merging, restructuring, turning around, growing and launching new businesses. Earlier, he worked for McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager with a special focus on strategic assignments in the Consumer Goods, and Oil and Gas Sectors. Formerly, Pedro was with Schlumberger Ltd. as a Field Engineer in the Middle East. Pedro received his B.Sc. in industrial engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business, the University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
