Having grown up on a farm in PA before settling in NYC, Katie has mastered two life skills which she brings to her work: how to work hard and work fast. Katie joined Daversa Partners in 2011 as a founding member of the firm’s fast-growing technology practice in NY. She quickly fell in love with the art of headhunting and treats each executive search with the utmost urgency, organization and deep belief that each of her clients has an opportunity to change the world. She has spent her career delivering transformational VP- and C-level engineering, product, and marketing leadership for consumer Internet and enterprise software companies. Her clients include Squarespace, Oscar, The Wing, Dragos, NewsCred, Rubrik, Cityblock Health, Freshly, Spanx, The Players’ Tribune, Codecademy, Stride Health, among others. In her free time, Katie enjoys exploring NYC’s museums and parks and indulging her inner foodie with her husband and her extremely cute son.
