Biography
Ms. Rasman works with employers to develop, implement, and administer employee and executive benefits and reward programs, helping to motivate and retain employees and executives while complying with all applicable laws.
As a regulatory expertise leader, Ms. Rasman advises clients on the potential impact of legislative, regulatory, and legal developments on employee benefit plans and compensation arrangements. She helps employers develop strategies that address legal requirements, including redesigning retirement, deferred compensation, and health and welfare plans to satisfy requirements and meet business objectives.
Ms. Rasman has over twenty years of experience consulting on a wide range of benefits and compensation matters, including qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, deferred compensation, and employment agreements. Ms. Rasman focuses on compliance with the rules governing benefits and pay, including US tax, employee benefits, health and employment laws. She has worked with governmental and nonprofit employers, privately owned businesses, and public companies.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry. Ms. Rasman practiced law at Dechert LLP and Ballard Spahr LLP, where she specialized in employee benefits and tax law.
Ms. Rasman received her juris doctor degree, magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, a master's degree in English from the University of Virginia Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and a bachelor's degree in literature from Bennington College. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
