As Manager at Odgers Berndtson's office in Portugal, João Araújo is part of the Executive Search & Advisory business unit, participating in executive search projects for a variety of sectors and functional areas and in the implementation of team and leadership development programs. Previously he joined RAY Human Capital having developed his activity in conducting recruitment processes for senior specialists and middle management profiles and in implementing Assessment & Development Centres. He started his career at TAP Portugal, providing support to the recruitment department for the different areas of the company. João has a Degree in Psychology and a Master's in Organizational Psychology from the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologia.
