Maria Grazia Buttiglieri is a senior member of the firm’s global Financial Services team, where she specializes in asset and wealth management and in the identification, evaluation and development of top industry talent. Based in Milan, she focuses on advising clients within the real estate and banking & finance landscape to address their most pressing leadership challenges. Maria has 20 years of search and leadership advisory experience. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, she was a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Practice of another leading global executive search firm in Milan. Maria has conducted assignments across the full spectrum of the financial services industry, including real estate, asset management and investment, and private banking. She began her career with Michael Page in Milan. Maria received her BA in classical literature from the University of Milan. She speaks fluent French and English, in addition to her native Italian.
