Mr. Von Der Ahe is a member of the Firm's CEO and Board Services Practice and is a key leader in Korn Ferry's Consumer Markets. He has a strong track record helping Boards and CEO's manage leadership transitions, succession planning and senior level recruitment. He works with Fortune 500 Corporations as well as start-up and fast growing companies. Mr. Von Der Ahe specializes in serving Consumer Goods and Retail clients . He also co-leads Korn Ferry's Restaurant and Foodservice Practice. His commitment to quality led to being recognized with Korn Ferry's Global Client Satisfaction Award. He serves his clients with deep knowledge and perspective of talent needs and organizational challenges. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he held several marketing and sales roles for the Xerox Corporation. He is an active participant in community affairs and serves on the Board of Directors of the Bachmann-Strauss Dystonia & Parkinson's Foundation and served on the Board of Regents of Santa Clara University. Mr. Von Der Ahe earned a master's of business administration, and a bachelor's in finance from Santa Clara University.
