Mr. Jo has worked in the executive search industry since 1997. During that time, he worked for top global retained executive search organizations for over ten years and ran his own firm providing search consulting and career coaching services for executives and professionals for over seven years. For the last 20 years, Mr. Jo has built his experience across a wide range of industries, with more focusing on Technology & Media, Automotive & Semiconductor, Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, and Professional Services sectors. He has been particularly successful in working with its clients under challenging circumstances, including restructuring, turnarounds and start-ups. Prior to his executive search career, Mr. Jo worked in HR functions (OD and HRD) for Korean conglomerates such as Tongyang and Sunkyung (currently SK). He had also held the post of an adjunct professor for Kyung Hee University, focused on organization, culture, and careers in multinational companies. Mr. Jo earned an MBA from KDI (Korea Development Institute) School of Public Policy and Management, Seoul, Korea, and has a BA degree in political science and international relations from Korea University, Seoul.
