Biography
Brent is a Partner within the Hanover Leadership Solutions (HLS) Business. Brent leads the HLS DE&I and team development solutions and supports broader leadership development work.
Brent has 15 years of experience in leadership development & diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) having previously worked at the Hay Group and Korn Ferry. He has been involved in crafting bespoke solutions for global clients that focus on driving cultural change across organisations, integrating DE&I across the piece. He has worked with both public and private sector clients both in design and delivery of quality projects.
Brent openly shares that he is a gay man, Jewish, an expat and has a hidden disability which gives him practical lived experience in putting DE&I and leadership principles into practice and enables him to bring anecdotes and lived experiences to the topic.
Brent holds a master’s degree in Organisational Psychology and is a registered organizational psychologist with the British Psychological Society.
