Unity partners extensively with private equity firms across France and Europe to build and reinforce investment and operating partner teams. She has deep experience in investment banking and in-house strategy and M&A roles across sectors, in addition to professional services, including strategy consulting and transaction services. Priori to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Unity worked for other executive search firms focusing on financial services. A British national, Unity has lived and worked in France for more than ten years. She is conversational in Italian and Spanish.
