Taline serves advisory and management consulting firms, IT services providers and Technology clients and supports them in their strategic hires. Based out of Dubai, Taline brings a strong local footprint in the GCC but also conducts work across Europe in markets such as France, The Netherlands and the UK. Prior to her move to Dubai, Taline was based in Paris for 12 years. She was a member of the Global Financial Officers and Private Equity practices. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Taline was part of a leading executive search firm and served primarily Asset Management and Insurance clients. Taline earned her BA and Master’s at La Sorbonne University where she majored in International Human Resources Management. She is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
