For more than 15 years he has focused on advisory work for the largest industrial, utility, telecommunication and financial companies in the region. Walery works on the development of optimal business solutions and, above all, on effective change implementation for clients. He also supports companies in Poland, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus and Uzbekistan. Walery has extensive expertise in strategic consulting, effective change management, organizational culture transformation, restructuring, digitalization and radical improvement of sales teams’ performance. Walery has experience on the board of directors of MMK, a leading steelmaker company. He received a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Gdansk. He also completed postgraduate studies with a specialization in investment banking, London Guildhall University. Walery speaks Russian, Polish, Ukrainian and English.
