Ana joined Heidrick & Struggles as an associate in the Madrid office from one of the largest worldwide clinical research organizations, IQVIA where she was part of the international recruitment and talent team responsible for international roles across Europe and Africa. She was accountable for supporting multiple business units with highly specialized candidate requirements. Ana filled senior level positions including project directors, vice presidents, and medical directors. Ana began his career with Michael Page, Valencia supporting mainly the financial services and consumer areas. Ana is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
