Maya joined Six Degrees in 2012 as a Talent Engagement Specialist providing research and resourcing support for consultants and directors. Having displayed the attributes of a successful consultant, Maya transitioned in to her current role in 2013, specialising in Marketing across FMCG and Consumer Goods. Prior to joining Six Degrees In 2004 Maya worked for a retail organisation where she developed her management and sales skills. In 2011 Maya joined a boutique recruitment agency focusing on retail recruitment roles. Maya’s philosophy, which she often shares with the talent she partners with, is “in life you only get what you have the courage to ask for”.
