Olga Kozlova is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and a member of the global Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. Olga has significant executive search experience partnering with clients across EMEA, focusing on the Russia/CIS market and more recently in the Middle and East Africa, where she is helping to build the firm’s capabilities in untapped growth markets throughout the region. Olga has broad functional expertise and experience placing CEOs, general managers and various CxOs in commercial, marketing, HR, finance, technology, supply chain, corporate affairs, and legal functions. She has been instrumental in driving the firm’s leadership consulting projects across the Russia/CIS region. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Olga worked in one of the largest Russian executive search firms in Moscow, focusing on the consumer, technology, and real estate sectors. She is a certified Hogan Assessment System consultant.
