Since Feb 2013 within the Spencer Stuart Board Practice in Paris, I work with three Partners (who were also Head of the European Board Practice, CEO EMEA, Heads of Consumer and Financial Services Practices) : - Non-executive Directors search assignments - From identification to hiring. - Pitches preparation - meeting organization, client-candidates relationships. - Publishing works and presentations on governance issues, boards news and analysis (annual France Board Index). - Research Director for the Paris Office (Team of 10-12 people). - Events planning with Company Chairmen, Nomination Committees Chairmen, General Counsels, CFOs and Board-ready people. I studied political science at IEP Bordeaux for 5 years and spent one year in Austria. I followed artistic property law and public law. I wrote my final paper on cultural private sponsorship VS social and socio-cultural private sponsorship. I worked for one year and a half in cultural business as project manager and sponsorship officer for the International Festival of Lyric Art of Aix-en-Provence and for the Ecole Française de Cirque.
