Anand joined Odgers Berndtson in June 2021 with over a decade of professional experience. Based out of Bangalore, he would be reporting into the New Delhi office. He began his career in leadership advisory with one of the world’s leading executive search franchise and subsequently moved to a large global network search firm in the capacity of Senior Engagement Manager. In this role, he was primarily responsible for delivery & business development for the industrial sector, and also for a few technology & start-up clients. He has worked on board level searches, led various senior appointments at CEO/ CXO level, and has also spearheaded cross-border assignments with global offices. Prior to leadership consulting, Anand worked on various engineering & advanced research projects in the UK, including one of world's leading aerospace corporation, and other major OEMs for six years, before moving back to India. He co-founded a pioneering aero start-up project in 2007, which received recognition by the former President of India and also received international media coverage. Anand holds a master’s degree in aerospace from Cranfield University (UK) and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from RV College of Engineering, Bangalore. He has completed his PRINCE2® (UK), Six Sigma (USA) certifications and is pursuing an Executive General Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B).
