Biography
Ms. Lubinski has over twenty years of business experience focused on the identification, assessment and development of leadership talent. She has worked in both external consulting and internal talent management roles, where she developed and implemented talent practices that included succession planning, identification and assessment of high-potential talent, leadership competencies, 360 feedback, and high-potential development programs. She closely partners with organizations and their leaders to crystalize talent needs and implement realistic practices that yield results for the organization and its leaders.
Ms. Lubinski has diverse coaching experience with senior leaders through early career high potentials across a range of industries and functions. Oftentimes the leader is focused on optimizing performance in a current role and preparing for advancement. She takes both a personalized and systemic approach to leadership development, recognizing that leadership does not occur in a vacuum but is significantly influenced by organizational dynamics and reward systems. She partners closely with the organization and individual leader to create and implement a customized plan that meets both the organization and individual leader's needs, which facilitates the individual and organization working together to sustain performance over time.
Ms. Lubinski holds a master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of Minnesota and is a licensed psychologist. She completed a mini MBA at the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis. She received extensive leadership assessment and coach training at PDI Ninth House, a Korn Ferry company, is certified on both PDI Ninth House and Lominger assessment tools, and completed formal coach training with New Ventures West.
