Biography
Mr. Eichenwald helps leaders build organizations that are both high-performance and ethical and has worked extensively as a senior advisor to CEOs, operating executives, chief ethics, compliance, and risk officers, and heads of strategy and human resources.
Mr. Eichenwald has deep experience helping to orchestrate large-scale transformation projects, bringing about leadership alignment, executing organizational culture and effectiveness assessments, crafting new statements of purpose and values and translating them into concrete action, putting in place new corporate processes aimed at elevating behavior, and designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry earlier this year, Mr. Eichenwald built and led the advisory practice at LRN, the world leader in ethics and compliance solutions.
He has also held a series of senior roles across strategy, operations, and business management at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, and was a management consultant in the financial service practice at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Mr. Eichenwald speaks widely on issues of culture, leadership, and ethics, and has published in, among others, Fortune, Human Resources Executive, The Hill, Inside Counsel, and Chief Learning Officer. He also serves as faculty for FASPE, the Fellowship at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Yale University, and a Masters in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
