With over 15 years’ experience recruiting HR specialists across financial services and commerce, she specialises in senior interim talent. After graduating in Fashion at the University of Leeds, she secured a design job and although she swiftly moved into the recruitment industry, she still enjoys design and the art world as a hobby. Victoria has sourced a range interim of HR specialists from people transformation consultants in FTSE companies to HR Directors in small private equity backed start-ups.
