Biography
As both a consultant and as a business leader, Mike has demonstrated a keen understanding of business dynamics and the individual psychology of the executive, and how those influences shape organizational culture. Always staying current with changing business, cultural and generational themes, Mike keeps his clients focused on the critical keys to success for their organization.
Throughout his career Mike has worked extensively with senior leaders on both an individual and team level to assess and coach these leaders to higher levels of performance. He is known for his authentic and engaging consultative style which is collaborative, unifying and inspirational. He has expert level facilitation skills and the ability to build strong and unified executive teams.
For over 30 years Mike has provided consulting services to a wide variety of industries including, energy, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, media, pharma, health care, technology and private equity firms.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mike was a partner at RHR International and served as the Senior Vice President of Talent Management in North America for Right Management.
His areas of expertise include CEO succession, executive assessment, succession management, c-suite coaching, senior team alignment and talent strategy development.
Mike earned a Doctorate in Psychology from Alliant University, a Master of Arts from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College.
