Ms. Brown has over 20 years' experience helping leaders navigate the complexities they face, including increasing scope of roles, leading teams, leading globally, visioning, and influencing
Ms. Brown's work is grounded in her strong knowledge and experience in the fields of leadership development, performance management, executive coaching, talent optimization, organizational alignment and change management.
Previously she was a managing director at Growth Leaders. Ms. Brown has also held internal consulting and senior leadership roles with Bell Laboratories, ORC (now Mercer), Lee Hecht Harrison, and Catalyst.
Throughout her career she has worked with business leaders to create high performance, inclusive cultures that increased the engagement, contribution, development, retention, and career outcomes of talent across the dimensions of difference.
Ms. Brown's consulting work spans a broad range of industries including pharmaceuticals. financial services, utilities, consumer products, telecom, legal, and entertainment.
For the past decade, Ms. Brown has taught as an adjunct professor at NYU.
She has deep experience administering, interpreting and providing feedback on a wide range of assessment tools including Hogan, and MBTI.
Ms. Brown holds a master's in organizational psychology from the University of Illinois, Chicago and a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Loyola University, Chicago.
