Nils brings to PageGroup more than 14 years of recruitment and line management experience. He built a solid business exposure on the industry side, placing executives and professionals across a wide range of industries and areas of expertise. As Senior Executive Director at Michael Page, Nils leads the network of Consultants who identify senior executives in a broad range of sectors including: Industry, FS, FMCG, HLS, IT and Services; within the international network. Nils manages personally major assignments thanks to his operational experience in business, at executive level in a diverse range of sectors. He specializes in the search for leaders and Senior Executives, Operational & General Management and Sales & Marketing functions. He mainly conducts searches in our Information Technology and Healthcare & Lifesciences practices. He first joined PageGroup in the beginning of 2006 in Frankfurt where he were responsible for the Sales & Marketing, the Engineering & Manufacturing, as well the IT-division after a short time. In this role, he helped the group develop industry-specific strategies and to increase significantly its business development. In the beginning of 2009, he went south to open the Stuttgart office from scratch and establish the group’s major brand, Michael Page, in this region, bringing the headcount to 27 three years later. There he gained a tremendous experience leading cross-cultural teams, driving innovation in a developing market, building and establishing our business. In 2011 he was promoted to the German Board. In 2012, he took on a new challenge as Executive Director of PageGroup Berlin & Hamburg, leading 2 offices and building long-term partnerships with some of the top organizations in both regions. Prior to joining PageGroup, he started his career in the biotechnology sector in Germany and the USA. A German national, he holds an Biochemistry degree from the University of Frankfurt and an economic degree from the University of Berlin.
