Freddy’s focus is on recruiting senior-level executives for Infrastructure and Industrial Services companies for both Private Equity and Fortune 500 organizations. He has had broad project experience working across multiple functions including those in the C-Suite and leadership advisory services. Based on his experience partnering with both industry-leading global companies as well as smaller entrepreneurial organization, Freddy works as a strategic advisor and partner to organizations as they explore optimal ways to grow shareholder value. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Movshovich worked for a leading advisory and executive search firm where he advised private equity funds and their portfolio companies on due diligence and talent strategy across the entire investment life cycle. Mr. Movshovich received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
