Based in Los Angeles, Laurel collaborates closely with clients, coaching and advising them through executive search, transformation, organizational funding, and corporate performance. Since starting her executive search career in 2010, she has worked extensively across R&D and G&A functions and has led searches at the CEO and board levels. Previously, Laurel was a principal at a boutique executive search firm based in Boston, where she worked with growth-oriented companies across the life sciences ecosystem to expand and enhance their leadership teams. She began her career in executive search at Isaacson, Miller where she worked extensively in the higher education and not-for-profit sectors. Laurel holds a BA in government and Spanish from Colby College.
