Biography
Diana Zarnoch has over 20 years of experience in the areas of leadership development, assessment, executive coaching, and talent and succession management. She has designed and facilitated numerous leadership development programs, competency development, and coaching solutions for leading organizations.
As an executive coach, she inspires her clients to hone their ability to lead change and increase their leadership impact.
As a facilitator, she excels at connecting with and inspiring large groups and individual contributors to create opportunities to achieve their highest potential.
While at Korn Ferry, Ms. Zarnoch has supported a variety of clients in engineering, technology, energy, manufacturing, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, banking and retail industries with their leadership development, diversity and inclusion programs, executive assessment, and global integrated talent management efforts.
Ms. Zarnoch brings a wealth of experience in the areas of leadership development, diversity and inclusion, consulting, executive coaching, and project management to Korn Ferry.
She is a key engagement manager for the diversity and inclusion efforts for global organizations. She is able to leverage her experience, insights, and inquisitiveness to help drive organizations D&I strategy.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as the director of educational services at BlessingWhite, Inc., where she developed and managed both core and customized content solutions, as well as providing consulting, facilitation, and project management services. She also managed a network of over 100 external facilitators.
Ms. Zarnoch holds a master's degree in human resources/organization development from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor's degree in organizational communication from California State University, Chico.
