Martin Holm is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Copenhagen and Stockholm offices and a member of the global Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrial, and Private Equity practices. He is a trusted advisor on senior executive search and leadership advisory services to clients across a broad set of industries, with particular expertise in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, medical devices and technology, industrial biotechnology, and digital health. He co-leads the global Disruptive Healthcare Sector initiative. Martin works with Scandinavian, European, and international companies, including Fortune 500, small- and medium-sized public and private companies, as well as private equity and venture-backed companies, to fill CEO and C-suite roles across the full functional spectrum. Leveraging his industrial background, he is also a member of the global Marketing, Sales & Strategy Officers Practice. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Martin was a consultant and strategic advisor working with listed, private equity, and venture capital companies. Previously, he was a partner at a global executive search firm in the life sciences practice. Martin began his career in management consulting and has since worked in senior leadership positions with some of the world’s leading life sciences companies. He has extensive global experience and has lived and worked for +15 years in Europe, the U.S., and Latin America, serving as both regional head in EMEA and in Latin America, managing director, and in various commercial headquarters leadership positions.
