Alex is an associate in True’s Finance practice and is based in the Toronto office. Prior to joining True, Alex was a research associate at a boutique executive search firm in Canada, specializing in the placement of finance and accounting executives in emerging growth companies. Alex has experience with the startup environment, most recently as the founder of DAKAI, an edtech platform for dedicated experiential learning and academic development. Alex has a Bachelor of Commerce in global management studies from Ryerson University in Canada. Alex has also spent time studying finance at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore with a focus on international finance and financial modeling.
