Jim’s 20+ years in Accounting gives him a perspective that’s right in line with his clients’ needs. Working in Recruiting and Placement for nearly 15 years, he sees both sides of the job picture and helps both parties find the right fit. In his Financial career, he worked in roles from Staff Accountant through Controller/Director at publicly traded manufacturing firms. He’s been involved in Accounting, Reporting & Analysis, Cost Management, and Systems Design & Implementation. In his last accounting role, he was the Division Controller for a Firetruck Manufacturer! Jim has been a Board Member and an Officer for the Tampa Bay Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) and the Institute of Internal Auditors and he remains very involved as a Board Member for FEI to this day.
