Throughout her tenure at Korn Ferry, Ms. Mathis has worked on engagements across the Technology, FinTech, Professional Services and Industrial sectors serving clients ranging from early stage, private-equity backed portfolio companies, to global Fortune 500 firms. Prior to returning to Korn Ferry, Ms. Mathis was a core member of BCG’s Global Executive Search team where she managed senior leadership roles across Corporate Functions and New Businesses. Ms. Mathis started her career in Higher Education where she served as Director of Admission for SCAD Hong Kong, completing a three-year expatriate assignment to help stand up and run the Admission department for this global art and design university. Virginia currently resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two children. She is active in her community and has served on a few boards of non-profit arts organizations across Atlanta and Hong Kong. Ms. Mathis holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Sewanee: The University of the South.
