Before joining the Korn Ferry team, Mr. Melecio spent 6 years as an R&D search practice leader at a boutique retained life sciences recruitment firm based in New York. Mr. Melecio has extensive experience attracting a diverse range of senior talent, specifically in the areas of Drug Discovery, Translational Medicine, Technical Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development and Medical Affairs. Mr. Melecio obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia University School of Medicine.
