Stephanie Trostle is a part of the Trade & Professional Association Practice as well as the Corporate Officers Practice, where she focuses on corporate affairs searches. Stephanie partners with Social Impact and Education clients, including membership and advocacy organizations, on CEO and senior executive searches. In addition, she works with corporate clients on recruiting government affairs and public policy leaders. Stephanie joined Russell Reynolds from a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she gained over ten years of executive search experience. Previously, she began her career on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant for the US House of Representatives Committee on Education and Workforce. Stephanie holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Richmond.
