He has successfully completed searches for boutique and large financial services companies. His expertise spans executive leadership in business development, marketing, business operations and finance. Paul has a track record of designing and implementing recruiting strategies that yield hiring results, combined with experience serving as a talent advisor to executives, hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders. In addition, he has worked as an in-house talent acquisition leader for the business operations division of a major technology & entertainment company. Previously, Paul was a partner at the executive search firm Options Group, working internationally recruiting investment, operations, sales, trading, marketing and capital markets professional across asset classes. He was the founding partner of Options Group EMEA, while based in London, UK. Paul received his BA in English from the State University of New York in Albany.
