Allen is a trusted advisor to his clients with his consultative style, market insights and problem-solving capabilities at both the strategic and operational levels. Prior to joining DHR, Allen served in a practice leadership role with a global executive search firm where he managed client relationships and execution across a broad range of industries such as financial services, technology, life sciences and healthcare. Previously, he was a Co-Founder of a local boutique talent search firm. Prior to that, Allen was a Director at a recruitment consultancy focusing on finance, banking and financial services. Allen entered the search industry as a consultant in the finance industry at a professional recruitment consultancy. Allen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and accounting from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration from BiMBA Business School of Peking University and UCL.
