As a trusted industry advisor, Emma serves as a go-to expert on legal, regulatory, and compliance topics for clients and candidates in Europe and beyond. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Emma spent four years at a boutique recruitment firm. During her time there, she worked with companies of varying sizes to help fill critical functional roles. Emma holds a BA in philosophy from King’s College London.
