Having earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Edinburgh, Tom began his career in an established executive search business where he rotated through various teams, providing him with a strong foundation. Tom has worked on a number of CFO, corporate development and strategy roles spanning to industrial technology, consumer technology, enterprise software and blockchain technology across the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.
