Lynn Wu is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Financial Officer, Human Resources, Consumer, and Healthcare practices. With 15 years of executive search experience and two decades of overall recruiting and talent acquisition experience, Lynn brings a deep bench of experience across multiple industries, sectors and functions for both publicly traded and private equity backed companies. Known for her progressive, creative, collaborative and data-driven approach to search execution, Lynn has successfully partnered at the Board and C-Suite level to help organizations find top talent to drive high impact. Lynn holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Business, where she was a Dean’s Scholar (top 10% of the class), and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
