With twelve years of global business experience, Florian has particular expertise in executing M&A transactions, financial and operational restructurings, carve-outs, corporate transformations, business planning, synergy assessment, working capital management and liquidity forecasting. Florian recently worked on the dissolution of an automotive JV, the carve-out of a life science company and the restructuring of a wind energy company. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Florian worked for financial investors in Germany and corporate finance advisory firm Hawkpoint in London. Florian holds a bachelor degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and a master degree in Statistics from the London School of Economics. He pursued his doctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich. Florian is a CFA charterholder.
