Kristof is a principal consultant specialized in medical device and biotech assignments across EMEA both in executive search and leadership advice. He is based in the Brussels office. He started his career with Johnson & Johnson where he held various director roles in sales and marketing. Over the course of 16 years with JNJ he lived and worked in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Turkey. He continued his career in various small and medium sized companies in the life sciences industry as a global sales director and CCO. In his last industry role, he was the CEO of the largest Belgian healthcare distributor. In 2019 Kristof discovered his passion and became an executive search consultant. Before joining MU he was part of the life sciences practice at Korn Ferry. Kristof’s experience spans senior sales and marketing roles, regulatory-, medical- and public affairs roles, as well as CEO and senior HR roles across EMEA. His professional experience includes providing support to clients in a range of medical fields, such as ophthalmology, pneumology, surgery, surgical solutions, home care and mobility solutions, orthopaedics, respiratory diseases, cardiology, transplant surgery, diabetes care, healthcare services, dental, rare disease, oncology and animal health. Kristof obtained a master in applied economics from the University of Leuven, Belgium, a master in corporate finance from the University of Liege, Belgium and an MBA from Vlerick Business School.
