Adam has worked intensively with the Big 4 but has also supported the growth of numerous small to mid-sized consultancies through practice builds, market mapping, insight and Executive Search. Prior to Sheffield Haworth he founded merlinspencer before joining the leadership team of nbi in 2016. Adam joined Sheffield Haworth in 2017 as part of the acquisition of nbi Consulting. He has 17 years of Executive Search experience, focused purely in the consulting space
