Mr. Oterino has more than fifteen years of search experience and has successfully completed engagements across the full breadth of the Life Sciences industry, including pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotechnology, generics, hospital, animal and consumer health companies. Furthermore, he has a broad experience and in-depth knowledge of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry, specially food and beverages. He also leads the Family Owned Business Practice, where he has recruited C-Suite roles and has worked for the Boardroom, showing a unique understanding of their talent needs and culture. His client base ranges from major multinational and local companies to mid-sized and start-up organizations. With strong focus on senior management search assignments, he has contributed to transforming leadership teams. Mr. Oterino has established strong reputation for building long-term trustful relationships while advising his clients. Prior to joining Korn Ferry Mr. Oterino worked for a major global executive search firm for near a decade. Before that, for a middle management company as manager of Sales and Marketing division for the consumer and life sciences industries and for IBM Global Services in the purchasing department. Mr. Oterino holds an Advanced Management Program by Harvard Business School, an Advanced Management Program by IESE and a Graduate Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Johannes Gutenberg Universitat in Mainz. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
