Amy is a senior associate in London, working with both tech startups and established enterprises to enable them to scale teams and hire leadership talent globally. She focuses on product, data and technology throughout EMEA. In 2015 she joined the EMEA team from True’s sister company Foundation Talent (merged with True in 2019) and was part of the small team responsible for building the organisation’s presence in London and across Europe, achieving more than triple digit revenue growth in 2018. Prior to True Search, Amy had a successful career in the arts industry having graduated from Guildford School of Acting with a Bachelor Hons degree in musical theatre, which took her from London's West End stage to international theatres. Amy is a key contributor to True's CSR efforts and is passionate in employee engagement, as well as, our social and environmental responsibilities.
