Giuseppina has got over 20 years’ experience as HR Consultant. Since 1993 she has been working with full responsibility for sales, project management and delivery of HR consultancy activities (Recruitment & Selection, Executive Search, Assessment, Leadership Mapping) for important multinational companies. Previously, she has been Talent Acquisition and Development Manager for 7 years, in international companies, in FMCG and Retail industry. She has joined AIMS in 2000; she works in the Milano Office, managing important clients from the Life Science and FMCG Sectors.
