Biography
Ms. Field has reviewed the reward framework for base pay through to performance management processes for a UK-wide insurance broker and facilitation of a remuneration committee workshop to agree a total reward strategy. She also helped develop an individual-based reward framework for a global firm. Ms. Field helped with an equal pay and gender pay audit for a ‘Big 4' UK bank, meeting legislative requirements, presentation of findings to Board, and stakeholder action-planning. She assisted in the re-design of a senior management team and development of job families for a retail and manufacturing firm following acquisition. Ms. Field works with organizations across a range of sectors in the UK and beyond focusing on the elements of and interdependencies within a total reward framework. She enables clients to leverage full value from their reward arrangements and ensure that investments are driving both organizational success and employee engagement. Ms. Field's areas of proven human resource expertise include job evaluation and measurement, workforce planning and sizing, employee engagement and culture, total reward, facilitation, competency modeling, equal pay, and gender pay. Ms. Field was a human resource director for a number of years prior to moving into consultancy, therefore she understands the challenges organisations face during implementation and works with clients to develop effective, realistic change plans. Claire holds a master's of science in human resource management and organizational analysis from King's College, London and is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
