Based in Warsaw, Dorota leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ business operations in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe, a broad region embracing amongst others Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Romania. She specializes in board director and chief executive officer searches, mainly for consumer and financial services clients. Dorota brings more than 25 years of executive search to Russell Reynolds Associates, placing Polish and non-Polish executives with local companies since the opening of Poland’s economy. Prior to joining our firm, Dorota was Managing Partner at two other leading executive search firms, helping both establish and grow their business throughout Poland. Dorota also worked as a clinical psychologist for 10 years. Dorota received her MA in adult clinical psychology from the University of Warsaw and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dorota has a trainer’s license from the Polish Psychological Association and a therapist’s license from the Polish Psychiatry Association. Dorota is Global Board Director and Member of the Europe and Africa Council as well as Membership Committee of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC). She is also a member of the psychotherapy and training sections of the Polish Psychological Association.
