Pablo Bernad is a member of Spencer Stuart's global Industrial and Energy practices, specializing in board director, CEO and senior executive assignments. He is based in Madrid and previously led the firm's offices in Barcelona and Madrid. Before joining Spencer Stuart in 2001, Pablo worked for IBM for 15 years. In his last position as a small and medium enterprises executive for Spain and Portugal, he was responsible for a total sales volume of $400 million. He was member of the IBM Spain executive committee and of the Multimedia Ediciones board. During this period, he took a leading role in IBM’s transformation from a hardware company into a services company. Pablo introduced new processes in client relationship management, implementing both call center techniques and indirect channels. Prior to that, he was business manager for the academic and research market. Pablo is an industrial engineer from the University of Navarra, and he also holds an international MBM from Erasmus University Rotterdam. He speaks Spanish, English and German.
