Fabiana delivers competency-based executive consulting and assessment projects, training, coaching and feedback sessions. Some of her clients are: Google, Microsoft, Anglo-America, BUNGE, General Motors, Charles Schwab, Shell, EMBRAER, Novartis, Roch, Pfizer, and Airbus. She conducts large regional projects with multinational clients working with different cultures and languages. Fabiana is also the lead organizer for the international event DisruptHR São Paulo. She brought DisruptHR from USA to Brazil and launched its first event in April 2018. Fabiana holds an M.A. in Environmental Leadership from Naropa University in Boulder, CO, USA, an MBA in Human Resources and a BA in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. She is also an active board member of Denver Workforce Development Services as well as lead organizer for the Consultants Special Group for the Association for Training and Development Rocky Mountain Chapter (ATDRM). She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese (native).
