Alin Popescu serves as partner and is a member of the Industrial, Life Science and Consumer Practice Groups. Alin has twenty years of experience in executive search in the CEE region, covering a wide range of industries including consumer goods & retail, industry & energy, financial services, pharmaceuticals and technology. Prior to joining DHR, Alin served as partner at CTPartners NEUMANN. Alin joined CTPartners in 2014, when the firm merged with Neumann Partners. Previously, Alin was a partner with Neumann Partners. He was based in the Bucharest office and he successfully handled executive search assignments across the CEE & CIS region for clients in numerous industries. Alin entered the executive search business at the very early stage of the CEE market (1995), and has been part of its various development phases. During this period, he has accumulated a vast knowledge of the CEE region and experience in placing executives in key roles in many different business sectors. Alin studied Civil and Environmental Engineering as well as Project Management. He is fluent in English, French, and Romanian.
