Joyce Guo is a Partner in our Shanghai office and handles senior and non-executive positions for Greater China, across the Industrial, Chemical, Electronics, Logistics & Supply Chain, Renewable Energy & Cleantech, and Consumer sectors. Joyce is also a member of Global Leadership Advisory. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Joyce held various executive leadership roles for over 20 years with Henkel Corporation, a truly global MNC. She has worked and lived in four countries, on three continents. Her cross-functional and cross-cultural experiences have shaped her international perspective and given her deep business insights across the value chain, from marketing, digital, strategy, human resources, supply chain, to profit & loss business management and country presidential responsibilities. After corporate career, Joyce spent over a year in executive coaching and consulting, where she dedicated herself to bringing out the full potential of executives, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams. As a Partner in Odgers Berndtson, Joyce delivers both executive search, assessment and coaching. Joyce’s business acumen, international mind-set, consultative skills & coaching presence enables her to create real value for our clients. Joyce holds MBA degree from Sauder Business School, University of British Columbia (UBC). Joyce is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), GrowthOps IECL Executive and Team Coach, and certified with Hogan®, Everything DiSC®, Lumina Learning, The Effective Facilitator TEF©, and Greenbelt for Lean Six Sigma.
