Having joined Korn Ferry in January 2014 as a Research Associate, William has been involved in a wide variety of mandates spanning across multiple geographies. Recent work includes partnering with fast-growth investor-backed clean-tech companies, supporting the transformation of established major energy players as they adapt against the backdrop of the energy transition, assisting the diversification of service companies, to name a few. William's work is spread across oil & gas, renewables & power and technology disruptors (including energy storage, carbon capture and hydrogen). Additionally, he has supported clients within the infrastructure, chemicals, mining, defence, and industrial manufacturing sectors. William has also been involved in several projects with a focus on sustainability, ESG and climate change, as well as other environmental subject matters. Whilst based in the London office, William has led the delivery of multiple international searches in wider Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. William is experienced in the delivery of executive search mandates across a range of functions and levels, up to C-suite, including NED & Board assignments. Some of his clients include major utilities, IOC's & NOC's, capital asset operators & owners, developers and service providers. William has a BSc Degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Leeds.
