Rohit partners with clients to develop sustainability-minded and cost-conscious technology leaders. Based in San Francisco, he has over ten years of experience advising engineering leadership advisory, corporate transformation, and global supply chains. He works closely with clients, advising their leadership teams through stakeholder alignment and organizational development. Previously, Rohit was a principal consultant with PA Consulting, where he advised clients on their operations, financials, and capital-intensive assets. In that role, he worked with leaders of aviation and transportation companies on cost-saving initiatives, zero-emission hydrogen solutions, organizational restructuring and global enterprise resource planning implementations. Prior to that, Rohit spent over seven years at GE Aviation delivering cutting-edge avionics products for both in-service and next generation aircraft programs while leading large cross functional engineering teams. He also led global supply chains to meet demanding airline schedules operating GE’s products. Rohit is a graduate of GE’s Engineering Leadership Program (Edison Engineering Development Program). Rohit holds an MSc in mechatronics, robotics, and automation engineering from King’s College London and a BE in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering from the University of Mumbai.
